Are Laptop Radiation Shield Really Worth It?

First, wire everything up. This includes a wired keyboard and a wired mouse. If you use your built-in keyboard all the time, then your hands will be exposed to radiation.

With wired equipment, you can create the required distance, which is at least 12 inches, and work without worries.

Connecting to Wi-fi emits the highest levels of RF. To make sure it does not happen, access the internet using an ethernet cable.

Some other important tips include-

  • Never use the laptop while it is in charge. Running just on battery emits less EMF.
  • When streaming videos or face timing, maintain a safe distance. High levels of EMF are generated during video streaming.
  • Turn off the Wi-fi & Bluetooth when not needed.
  • Download all the required files, turn on airplane mode, and continue working.
  • Put the laptop on a desk or a pillow when using.
