Rapper Tekashi 69 Finally Discharged From Prison Early, Hired Security

Tekashi 69, a rapper in the States, has been set free from prison!

As the world knows, Tekashi 69, the rapper who has a rainbow in his hair. He has turned the government cooperator and was granted an early release from the prison after a federal judge determined that he has been facing an elevated risk of severe medical problems.

This was done in fear if he were to contract the fatal Corona Virus behind bars. Tekashi 69 is 23 years in age, and this artist was born in Brooklyn. His real name is Daniel Hernandez, who is a patient of severe asthma.

Tekashi 69 was set free early because of the various health reasons, as stated by the Judge, after witnessing the current world scenarios!

While Daniel Hernandez was being granted a release on compassionate grounds, Paul Engelmayer, the Judge of U.S. District Court, determined that the circumstances in the case were extraordinary as well as compelling.

Engelmayer wrote in his order that the Corona Virus pandemic is extraordinary and unprecedented in modern times in this nation. He added that it presents a clear and present danger to free society for reasons that need no elaboration.

This step was taken after Tekashi 69’s lawyers wrote letters to the Judge from the past two weeks!

The Judge added that this virus presents a heightened risk for incarcerated defendants like Mr. Hernandez with respiratory problems like asthma.

Tekashi 69’s lawyers at first raised concerns that the platinum-selling artist was at a high risk of significant health complications or death. They expressed this concern in a series of letters that were written to Engelmayer over the last two weeks. After this event, various federal prosecutors in New York initially contested an early release on other procedural grounds.
